Description
Villa Carducci is located in Pai di Torri del Benaco in a quiet and panoramic area surrounded by olive trees. The Villa is easily accessible along the Via Gardesana and is about 5 km from Torri del Benaco.
The Villa is located at the beginning of the road that connects the ancient village, called Pai di Sopra, with the lake and the beaches. Entering the gate of the avenue, you can park in the area in front of the house or in the covered garage for one car.
In the small village of Pai there are several restaurants and pizzerias within walking distance and also a small grocery store for basic necessities.
The villa is spread over two floors accessible from two entrances.
FIRST FLOOR - LIVING AREA
Upon your arrival, you will be welcomed by a living room with a large sofa, from which you can comfortably watch the satellite TV, and a dining table for 6 people that will allow you to have lunch or dinner all together.
The kitchen, in natural wood, is equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, a gas hob, a dishwasher and all the accessories necessary to prepare meals for your family holiday.
A modern complete bathroom with a glass shower completes this floor. You will also find the washing machine here.
On the Terrace, you can have lunch together around the modern dining table for 6 people, enjoying the view of Lake Garda, perhaps using the outdoor gas barbecue.
GROUND FLOOR - BEDROOMS
On the ground floor there is the sleeping area consisting of a bedroom with a double bed and direct access to the outside and two bedrooms with 2 single beds each. The 3 rooms are air-conditioned and on this floor we have a large bathroom with a shower.
THE GARDEN
In the garden near the Terrace, you can enjoy a warm bath in the 4-person tub while watching the sunset with a glass of your wine. Please note that this is not a hydromassage tub.
In the outdoor area of the property there are video surveillance cameras. The images are not subject to recording.
THE AREA
Lake Garda, located in northern Italy, is a year-round tourist destination.
Guests can swim, windsurf or sail in the waters of the largest lake in Italy.
Many guests also take advantage of our beautiful mountains for hiking and cycling or using the rotating cable car that takes you to Monte Baldo.
The Gardaland Resort and other theme parks are about 20 km away.
Verona is 45 km away and Venice is 170 km away.

Schönes Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern im EG und großem Wohnbereich im 1 OG. Gute Ausstattung, ausreichend Platz. Achtung: es sind nicht zwei echte Badezimmer vorhanden, einmal ist es nur ein WC. Das ist etwas irreführend auf den verschiedenen Seiten, auf denen die Villa angeboten wird - die Villa wird auch angezeigt, wenn man nach Haus mit 2 Bädern sucht. Zudem recht hellhörig, was manchmal ein wenig stören kann. Ansonsten wirklich prima. |

Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen und 3 Kleinkindern wunderbar aufgehoben in dem schönen Haus von Luca! Der Blick auf den See, vom Garten aus, war herrlich! Die Kindern konnten unter den Olivenbäumen im grünen Garten spielen und wir haben viel Zeit auf dersee more
Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen und 3 Kleinkindern wunderbar aufgehoben in dem schönen Haus von Luca! Der Blick auf den See, vom Garten aus, war herrlich! Die Kindern konnten unter den Olivenbäumen im grünen Garten spielen und wir haben viel Zeit auf der Terrasse verbracht! Das Haus war perfekt in punkto Sauberkeit und Luca und seine Familie äußerst gastfreundlich! Eine der schönsten Buchten, mit zwei Kieselstränden, die baia delle Sirene ist in 15 Autominuten zu erreichen! Das einzige, auf das man sich vor Reiseantritt gut vorbereiten sollte, sind die Mücken!

THE SPACE Villa Sybille was built 3 km away from the centre of Torri del Benaco, on the hill above the Lake of Garda with a phenomenal view. Driving up the street leading from the Lake to its surrounding mountain “Monte Baldo”, you will be amazed by the breathtaking view and the beauty of our landscapes. The house is located in a private and quiet neighbourhood that offers at the same time privacy and a beautiful panorama and includes a protected area, therefore the last part of the street to the house doesn’t have asphalt. LIVING SPACES The villa welcomes you with a covered driveway gate where you can comfortably park 2 or 3 cars and unload luggages. The house is developed on two floors: Villa Sybille welcomes you with a beautiful panorama of the lake that can be enjoyed from the whole first floor. This floor provides a living room, with a sofa, a SMART-TV and a table for your breakfast, a kitchen, completely provided with a fridge, refrigerator, gas cookers, dishwasher, and all the utensils needed in order to prepare delicious meals for your family holiday, and a bathroom. The glass-door in the living-room can be slid to access the covered terrace, developed on two sides of the house, furnished with a large table where you can have lunch and dinner enjoying the view with your whole family or friends. SLEEPING AREA From the living room you descend with a staircase to the lower floor, that is directly in front of the pool and garden area and contains four bedrooms all complemented by a large built-in wardrobe and french doors affixed to the garden. The night space has a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, another master bedroom,two double bedrooms and a second bathroom with a shower. Three bedrooms are air-conditioned in order to offer the most comfortable experience ever to our guests. Adjacent to the bedrooms’ area we have a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer. THE OUTSIDE SPACE The focal point of the summer life of our villa is definitely the pool well inserted in the green garden, with a wonderful belvedere and equipped with sun beds and umbrellas for a perfect relaxation. The house is also provided with a gas BBQ that offers the possibility to enjoy a good grill altogether. The pool doesn’t have a heating system and is available from 20.04 to'1.10.
