Villa Irene is located in Bardolino on the hills below the Rocca del Garda; a quiet and panoramic area surrounded by olive trees about 3 km from the centre of Bardolino and 2 from the centre of Garda.
Entering from the driveway gate you can park inside the property up to 3 cars in the garden surrounding the house
Upon your arrival you will be welcomed by a large living room and the kitchen.
The kitchen is complete with a refrigerator and freezer, induction cooker , dishwasher and all accessories that you need in order to enjoy meals with family and friends.
To complete the living room there is a large sofa, from which you can comfortably watch satellite TV, and a dining table for 6 people that allows you to have lunch or dinner together in the large room.
The living room overlooks the outdoor porch which offers a covered place for dining using the outdoor fireplace
BEDROOMS
The sleeping area, located on the same floor, consists of a double bedroom with large wardrobe and ensuite bathroom, a bedroom with French bed ( 140 cm wide) which uses a bathroom in the hallway that is complete with washing machine.
The last room has a double bed, a large wardrobe and a third bathroom with shower

Villa Rosa is a comfortable house with private swimming pool, a few steps from the center of Bardolino and Lake Garda Upon entering the house you are greeted by a large living room with an open kitchen and a view of the garden and swimming pool. From the living room there is access to the terrace with awning and a large dining table for pleasant outdoor dinners. KITCHEN AND DINING ROOM The kitchen is well equipped, with fridge - freezer - gas stove - dishwasher and all the utensils needed to prepare delicious lunches and dinners for family and friends. You can enjoy your meals at the modern 8-person dining table in the open kitchen or on the terrace overlooking the garden. From the kitchen there is direct access to the pool area through a sliding glass door. There is also a full bathroom with a shower right next to the entrance on this floor. The living room is air conditioned. Outside the house, on the pool side, there is a small room where the washing machine and a shower are located. LIVING AREA The living area consists of a spacious living room with an open kitchen and a comfortable sofa for watching international programs via satellite on the flat-screen TV. A sliding door leads to the terrace, equipped with an awning. . BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS Villa Rosa has four bedrooms.
