The Greenery Loft is located in Pai di Sotto, a small, welcoming and charming village about 6 km away from Torri del Benaco.
The apartment is located on the top floor of a Residence.
Access is through the Garden at the back of the Residence where there is also a reserved parking space in an open area.
The apartment consists of two air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a lake view, both with double beds, two bathrooms with showers and a bright living room with a sofa and a dining table. The apartment is completed by a small kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine and a sunny terrace with a lake view.
The property is completed by a second terrace with a lake view and a private garden where you can eat and relax outdoors.
The beaches and the lake can be reached by crossing the main road and nearby you will find many restaurants and pizzerias.
Supermarkets and grocery stores are only in Torri del Benaco or Castelletto, both about 6 km away from the apartment. Free WiFi.
From this area you can enjoy all the pleasant activities that can be carried out on Lake Garda throughout the year, such as water sports like windsurfing and sailing, or panoramic excursions on Monte Baldo, cycling along scenic routes, and cultural visits to the medieval villages of Sirmione and Malcesine.
You can also enjoy moments of relaxation at the famous ancient Thermal Baths of Sirmione or at the nearby Thermal Baths of Colà, with their characteristic lake, or spend an enjoyable day at Parks such as Gardaland or Caneva Aquapark.

“Leider ging unser Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Loft viel zu schnell vorbei. Der Ausblick auf den Gardasee, vom Balkon sowie von der Terasse, ist einfach traumhaft. Zur Wohnung: Das Loft ist für 4 Personen mehr als ausreichend. Das große Wohnzimmer mit seiner kompletten Fensterfront zur Dachterasse ist sehr geräumig und stilvoll eingerichtet. Es gibt genügend Stauraum für alle. In einem Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein sehr großer Wandschrank, im Flur ein Regalsystem mit Kleiderstangen. Die Bäder sind eher klein. Wenn man aber nicht immer zu zweit oder dritt ins Bad muss, reichen sie vollkommen. Dafür sind sie recht neu und modern..und..man hat zwei davon. Wir hatten mit 4 Erwachsenen damit überhaupt keine Probleme. Die Küche bietet alles was man braucht (Toaster, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Stabmixer, sehr scharfe Messer..etc) Es gibt super viel Geschirr, wie auch Besteck und sehr gepflegt Töpfe und Pfannen. Auch eine Waschmaschine steht in der Küche. Handtücher und Bettwäsche gibt es ausreichend für jede Person. Wir empfanden die Betten als sehr bequem und durch die Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern, war auch die Raumtemperatur in den heißen Nächten sehr angenehm. Die Klimaanlagen können bequem per Fernbedienung bedient werden. Die Wohnung stimmt wirklich mit den abgebildeten Fotos überein. Ich würde sogar sagen, sie gibt einiges mehr her, als auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Was man auf den Fotos nicht sehen kann: Auf der Terasse gibt es einen runden Gartentisch mit 6 Stühlen. Direkt an die Terasse grenzt ein kleines Stückchen Garten, das zur Wohnung gehört und man alleine nutzen kann. Zu den 2 Liegen auf dem Balkon, gibt es noch 2 zusätzliche Strandliegen. Wem es zu warm wird, der kann den Standventilator einschalten. Man hat 2 Zugänge zur Wohnung. Der eine führt durch das Treppenhaus. Der andere befindet sich im Garten und führt über eine Treppe zur darüber liegenden Straße, wo sich auch der Parkplatz befindet. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig. Zur Lage: Obwohl das Haus direkt an der Straße liegt,empfanden wir die Straßengeräusche nicht als störend. Abends relativ verkehrsruhig, da Pai ein kleiner gemütlicher Ort ist. Die Schlafzimmer befinden sich auf der Rückseite des Hauses, somit absolut ruhig. Man hat von dort eine gute Ausgangsposition für viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten oder Sportaktivitäten. Luca und seine Kollegen haben ihr Büro im Erdgeschoß des Hauses und sind somit jederzeit ansprechbar, wenn es Probleme gibt. Auch das Ein- und Auschecken verlief absolut freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit dieses Loft wieder buchen. Danke Luca :-)”

We were 4 people in this apartment and it was a perfect space. Very comfortable, cozy, cute, colorful. The only rooms that had AC were the two bedrooms and to be honest that was all we needed. We kept the bedroom doors shut so the AC would keep the rsee more
We were 4 people in this apartment and it was a perfect space. Very comfortable, cozy, cute, colorful. The only rooms that had AC were the two bedrooms and to be honest that was all we needed. We kept the bedroom doors shut so the AC would keep the room nice and cold and we all enjoyed sleeping in AC. There was a fan in the living room so that helped when we were in that room. We didn't stay in the apartment that much, only during the night. Didn't use the kitchen, but I assume the facilities and utilities worked fine. One thing that alarmed me however is that there was a bedroom door in the master bed that led to outside and it was not locked. The lady who showed us the apartment didn't tell usanything but it was unlocked all night and we didn't even know there was a door there because it was covered with a curtain and blinds and we just assumed it was another window. Luckily, no one broke in except our friends in the early morning on accident (that's how we found out there was a door there).
There was a beach across the street which is where we stayed the majority of the time. The beach is pebbly but we didn't mind. If you have sensitive feet you may want to bring water shoes. There were about 3-4 restaurants about a mile-ish walk down from the apartment and that is where we ate all our meals. Also, if you plan to go to any other towns, be prepared and know that it will take awhile. The taxi system is just terrible. They don't come when you call. And it may be because they speak zero English so maybe they didn't understand. We eventually (one hour later) were able to get on a free bus shuttle that went into Torri Del Benaco, but getting back to our apartment was yet again, another hour wait trying to get a taxi because the shuttles were not running until 11pm and we wanted to get to our apartment by 10pm. “Das Appartement entspricht den Beschreibungen. Der See ist direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite. Die Straße ist allerdings stark befahren. Liegen für den See sind bereits vorhanden. Die Terassse im Garten bietet einen wunderschönen Blick auf den See see more
