Newly Renovated Apartment in Ancient Residence with Pool.
The apartment is located in the center of Albisano, a small village on the hills overlooking Torri del Benaco, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of Lake Garda.
Entering the ancient wooden door you find yourself in the courtyard of the residence and going up the marble staircase you reach the first floor where the Apartment Giallo Limone is located.
We invite you to relax and enjoy every moment of your time here.
LIVING SPACES with KITCHEN
The spacious and bright living room consists of a large sofa with side chairs and a wall-mounted flat-screen satellite TV and a dining area with a modern table next to the kitchen complete with refrigerator and freezer , gas stove, dishwasher, and all necessary amenities in the kitchen.
ROOMS AND BATHROOMS
The apartment has two bedrooms.
The first bedroom is located on the same floor of the living room and has an important double bed, with bedside tables and abat jour, and a open wardrobe.
The first bathroom with shower is located next to this room.
Walking along the internal wooden staircase with handrail, you enter the second attic bedroom, with two single beds with bedside table and a large closed wardrobe.
At the same floor, for your convenience, there is a bathroom with walk-in shower.
The rooms have Air Conditioning and you will also find a washing machine.
OUTDOOR AMENITIES
Inside the Residence you can relax in the shared pool with 10 other properties or in the large communal garden full of tall trees.
Guests have access to a covered garage for a car.

Lake Garda, located in North Italy, is a vacation destination year-round. Visitors can surf, sail, and swim in the crystal clear lake, the largest in Italy. Der Zugang zur Wohnung war super beschrieben und einfach. Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten und bietet viel Platz für 4 Personen. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und der Garten bietet genug Platz, um ein ruhiges und schattiges Plätzchen - auch mit dem Hunsee more

You arrive from Via Gardesana and you access from the electric driveway gate to the reserved parking space at the Casetta right in front of the entrance. .
