Arianna's House is an apartment that is part of the Eremitaggio Residence and is located approximately 2 km from Torri Del Benaco.
The Residence dates back to the 1970s when the original Eremitaggio Hotel was transformed into individual dwellings. The original structure remains unchanged and is a typical example of architecture from that period, positioned in a panoramic area.
Through the vehicular gate on Via Gardesana, you can access the Residence by driving along a road lined with cypress trees and park a car in the reserved spot.
INTERIOR
The apartment consists of a living room with a sofa and satellite television adjacent to a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher and microwave. From the living room, you can access the terrace overlooking the lake, equipped with a table for 4 to enjoy lunch or dinner with a splendid lake view.
The house, which can accommodate up to 3 people, has a double bedroom with a wardrobe facing the lake and a first bathroom adjacent with a shower. The second, smaller room has a French single bed, a large wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. All rooms are air-conditioned.
EXTERIOR AND BEACH
From the Residence's garden, you can directly access the beach dedicated to Residence guests through a convenient underpass and enjoy sunny days and swimming in complete tranquillity.
THE AREA
The centre of Torri del Benaco with its Scaliger Castle is about 20 minutes on foot and 5 minutes by car.
A few metres from the apartment, there is a bus stop, and from Torri del Benaco, you can board a ferry that will take you to the western shore of Lake Garda or allow you to take a trip to various lake towns.
From this location, you can reach Malcesine, about 20 km away, and take a trip on Montebaldo with its rotating cable car or visit the wine cellars of Valpolicella or the Bardolino and Lugana areas.
Verona is about 45 km away, and Venice is about 160 km away.

Apartment Casetta alla Pozza is a newly renovated apartment about 5 kilometres from the centre of Torri del Benaco and about 20 meters from the beach and the lake. You arrive from Via Gardesana and you access from the electric driveway gate to the reserved parking space at the Casetta right in front of the entrance. . LIVING AREA Entering the apartment you will find the spacious living room with a large sofa bed that can accommodate 2 people, smart television and a large white tiled stove. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and a French window. The kitchen has a fridge and freezer, gas stove, dishwasher, oven and all the necessary items. In addition to the kitchen on the ground floor, there is a full bathroom with a shower. The ancient marble staircase rises from the living room, leading to the air-conditioned Double Room with a large wardrobe. A small terrace overlooking the lake completes this floor. OUTDOOR AREAS Apartment Casetta Alla Pozza offers outdoor space in front of the entrance door with a table and umbrella for lunch or dinner overlooking the lake and parking for a car.
