Il Watercolor Loft si trova a Pai di Sotto, un luogo accogliente e affascinante nel comune di Torri del Benaco, a circa 6 km di distanza.

Getting there based on the address was a challenge. Gps took us almost 1 km north from real location. Perhaps, providing the address of the downstairs store would be more helpful.
Also, note that the unit is on 4th floor, so lots of steps to take.

Die Begrüßung war sehr herzlich. Schöne und gepflegte Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Die Terrasse und der Balkon bieten reichlich Platz um sich draußen aufzuhalten. Es wäre schön gewesen wenn für die Liegen noch Auflagen da gewesen wären. War so etwavedi di più

If you want to swim in the lake, you have the opportunity to do so directly at the house (you just have to cross the street). The keys were passed without any problems and the communication with Luca was quick and binding.

L'appartamento Casetta alla Pozza è un appartamento appena ristrutturato a circa 5 chilometri dal centro di Torri del Benaco e a circa 20 metri dalla spiaggia e dal lago. Si arriva da Via Gardesana e si accede dal cancello elettrico del vialetto riservato al parcheggio della Casetta proprio di fronte all'ingresso. . ZONA GIORNO Entrando nell'appartamento troverete il ampio soggiorno con un grande divano letto che può ospitare 2 persone, una smart TV e una grande stufa in maiolica bianca. C'è una cucina completamente attrezzata con un tavolo da pranzo e una finestra francese. La cucina ha frigorifero e congelatore, piano cottura a gas, lavastoviglie, forno e tutti gli accessori necessari. Oltre alla cucina al piano terra, c'è un bagno completo con doccia. L'antica scala in marmo sale dal soggiorno, portando alla Camera Matrimoniale climatizzata con un ampio armadio. Una piccola terrazza con vista sul lago completa questo piano. AREE ESTERNE L'appartamento Casetta Alla Pozza offre uno spazio esterno davanti all'ingresso con un tavolo e un ombrellone per pranzi o cene con vista sul lago e un parcheggio per un'auto. Dobbiamo segnalare che i vicini possono camminare lungo il passaggio pedonale che costeggia la casa vicina per accedere al cancello. Le persone che vivono nell'altra casa possono anche utilizzare l'ingresso dal cancello, mentre il parcheggio è riservato ai nostri ospiti. LA ZONA Il Lago di Garda, situato nel nord Italia, è una destinazione turistica tutto l'anno. È possibile godersi giornate rilassanti in spiaggia o praticare sport come surf, kitesurf e vela.
